Especially, from the given design space and loading profile, we can generate an optimal shape for the component. Consecutively, we create a CAD geometry for this shape, which you can modify directly in your CAD system.

You discover that during the manufacturing process a significant proportion of the components is defective and not to be used any more. In this case an investigation of the production process according to the load is worthwhile. By using a non-linear analysis in which the workload history of the component is simulated it can be ascertained whether a specific work-flow process causes the frequent damage.
