At execution of project developements together with our customers it quite often was highlighted that the approach of the current project development is going to be designed similar to previous projects. However, as we are moving in a very complicated area of structuring, streaming technology and thermodynamics in which the project participants are going to meet multiple procedural methods and Software, quite often some “work arounds” has been established out of the previous projects and needs to be submitted to a critical investigation.

It turns out that this reflection can be promoted by an outsider easier and more efficiently, than from the insiders themselves.
